About the Event
Through the exploration of different art materials and techniques, participants will gain a greater self-awareness concerning their personal responses to stress, as well as learn how to use artmaking for relaxation and wellbeing. The workshops’ themes will focus on recognizing stressors as they manifest in the mind and body and discovering ways to create new patterns of response to mitigate the negative impact of daily worries through sensory art making.
